Question: Last minute gift for flower girl?

We had to change our flower girl at the last minute for reasons that are beyond our control. :( I already gave the original flower girl a gift. What can I buy the new one to say "thank you "? She's 7 years old and there is only 2.5 weeks left before the big day? S- Mac - Same day. Congrats! :D

Go to Claire's and get a special necklace she can wear for the big day (get a diamond type one out of the prom section)..I did this for my flower girl and she was over the moon! :)

You can buy those big knitted pictures that say things like: thanks for being are special little flower girl on our big day because i got one and i loved it when i was 6 xx maybe you should get her something that she can keep rather than something like chocolates that she could eat! maybe you can use the same present as you did with the original flower girl? i would love something like a big,(whatever the wedding colour is) bow or maybe something you could tie round her waist that made her look pretty,unique and special? its up to you but i reckon you could give her something like a bow or a special hair piece?xx

Hmm... Mine had just gotten her ears pierced a few months before our wedding, so we got her sterling silver earrings in the shape of little bows to wear at our wedding and afterward. Other gift ideas: a Barbie, a game, take her to a movie, take her out for ice cream and mini golf, sparkly shoes that she can wear at your wedding....

Wow we must be getting married at the same time! My date is June 25th, and I'm in the same spot as you - well, sort of. We are buying gifts too, and its hard!! But what we did for our THREE flower girls was get them each bracelets that go with the wedding colours. Our colours are brown, teal, and white and their dresses are white, so we got them each teal bracelets. They all match but each is different too, and they can wear it on the wedding day, and for other occasions after! I think they will love them. Little girls love jewlerry! Or, you could get your new flower girl the same gift you got for the original flower girl? Unless they know each other well, they probably wouldn't compare - and they are young so it wouldn't matter even if they did compare. Also, think about her interests and what she likes to do. If you know she likes a certain sport, maybe get her something to do with that sport. Good luck!!!

A small fine gold chain. That way she can wear it to the wedding, whenever she wears it she remembers your wedding. Give the gift the day or morning of the wedding!

I got my flower girls silver butterfly necklaces that they can also wear the day of the wedding. Maybe something like that would work for you. Good luck with the wedding!!
