No Gift for Birthday?
I was away for a week on a relief trip Katrina and my husband took care of our three kids. I know that he was at least as busy as I usually am at home. But I came back tonight on my birthday, and he and the kids did make me a cake and a card, but no gift. The house was a mess, everything left undone. It's like I was an afterthought, or just another thing on the To Do List that didn't happen. I don't know, it just really hurt that there was no gift this year. Now I feel bad, because I " Just care about a material present" . But this time last year, he did it up simply but nicely clean house, a photo album, wrapped little gifty . Also, the group I was with said jokingly, " We'll sing to you on the plane" and that didn't happen either. Am I too sensitive? What would you do?

I work in a small shop part time, and the other day this guy from my other job walked in wanting to say hi. We talked and laughed and he commented on how I am flirting with some of the customers and called me a tease. Which is funny, cause he is the biggest flirt and tease I know.
