He HATES gift cards too. He thinks you waste your money most times because the person can't always spend the exact amount of the card. He also thinks money is too " impersonal" . My brother and I have a close relationship, but I now live 2 states away while my husband finishes college.

We are having a baby and have a 6 year old son already my step son . We are having a baby shower for the soon to be and I wanted to get him something special so he doesn't feel left out with all the baby gifts and talk of the baby. What are some ideas that we could get him that would make him feel special and not left out?we have a ps3 already, and we are looking for something a little smaller that he will remember for a long time.
Why does my love it when my brothers gift her something but my gifts she just regifts to others? I feel hurt.?
I always pick the best for her. I look for it in many places. Sometimes I give her things I would have loved to keep for myself but she just regifts or throws them in her closet and forgets about them. These are things that are very much her taste and very useful I know that but even then.This makes me so angry.Should I tell her if she plans to regift or not use something then just return them to me.
