What birthday gift is good for a female friend?
ok guys. i'm a guy in college and the birthday of a friend of mine a girl is tomorrow, we are just friends and for fun, she said to almost everybody, tomorrow is my birthday and i want gifts. she said so in a funny way, not that she's serious. so,we are not more than just friends, we might talk a little about studies and subjects but not much other than that and we don't spend much time together.she's not my girlfriend and not in a relation and i don't want to start one soon. so, should i get her something? if i did, what should i get her? maybe something little? or she'll take that as a personal gift?anything other than chocolate? that's seems Ok with me, any other good suggestions?once again, she's not my girlfriend, she's just a friend. i don't want anything to be personal.

What is an appropriate nineteenth birthday gift for boyfriend to give to his girlfriend?
My beautiful girlfriend and I have been dating for nearly five months now and we are very much committed to each other. Her birthday is coming up within a month, July 13th, and I'm not quite sure what to get her. An idea of mine was to get her a charm to add to a pandora style bracelet that I gave to her on Valentine's day but my worry is that may be too simple of a gift on its own since this will be the first birthday of hers since we've been dating. I also wouldn't like to give her anything too lavish since I have already gotten her a perfume she likes, and has been looking for, as a gift for our six month anniversary, only five days after her birthday. What would be an appropriate birthday gift to give that won't diminish the significance of the gift I'm giving for our six month mark?

I am a male client and have monthly contact with a woman who works hard on behalf.We have a great business relationship and I really appreciate her and what she does for me.I do find her very smart, funny and she is very attractive.I was so impressed with her work and our last meeting.I wanted to know more about her work background skills to find out her strongest subject.In that process I found out by accident it was her birthday very soon and that she is in a " relationship" .However, she doesn't wear any jewelery or rings.In our next and last meeting I think she knew I looked on this work related website at her profile.As I didn't know it showed your last visitors.She asked me if there was anything I needed to tell her and I said no.I think she knows I looked as she made a " Freudian slip of the tongue" about " that I am sure I will contact her personally err through work.I didn't figure it out until I got home when she said something else which could only be stated on my work profile. The meeting went a little off track a bit like me now its needed though as she confided in me about the difficulties of the job and her own future.She also talked about interesting people she has met and they were both men and older.Is she dating and not actually in a relationship?She asked me if I wanted the last appointment of the day on our next meeting i chose the second to last and now regret it .Also, I called up her to clarify the conversation and she said no there wasn't anything else she wanted to discuss.I wasn't due to see her until the end of the month and after her birthday.I planned to get a small gift making some excuse of some apology or appreciation.However, I was asked by her if I wanted to attend a meeting which is on her birthday with someone else at their office.I don't know if she will be there or take a day off.Its a awkward environment as her office is at the far end of the building she has complained about this to me .Therefore, if I go down everyone will know it is to see her.
