Reasonable price for baby clothes at a car boot sale?
I'm planning on doing a car boot sale with toys as well as clothes my son has out grown. How much do you think is reasonable to charge for a baby grow? in perfect condition and hardly worn . As well as baby outfits e.g. dungarees etc. I obviously want to raise some money but don't want prices to be too high so that people won't buy. Any ideas would be great Ok so more information is apparently needed... a packet of 3 baby grows costs around 13 i don't believe this is notoriously cheap I was thinking of charging 1.50 per baby grow, or two for 2. I have literally hundreds of them I have lots of Ted Baker boys clothes, e.g. cardigans that cost 23 new, as well as trousers and tops from there, these im finding hard to get prices as i'd like to charge more, but they're still second hand, so i guess i have to be reasonable, do you think 5 is too much to ask? Do you think people would even pay that? Baby vests is another issue altogether, would any one actually buy them second hand? Vests are generally quite cheap, so would you bother trying to sell them? Again they are in perfect condition but still? I hope this has helped a bit more.Ok so more information is apparently needed... a packet of 3 baby grows costs around 13 i don't believe this is notoriously cheap I was thinking of charging 1.50 per baby grow, or two for 2. Daughter-in-law rejected secondhand baby clothes I gave her. I'm so hurt!?
This past weekend, I did some shopping at my church bazaar. I picked up some very cute, secondhand baby clothes for my granddaughter. I gave them to my daughter in law, who rejected them. She told me that she did not grow up wearing hand me downs she comes from a well off family and that you couldn't be sure who wore the clothes or that they were fully clean. I told her they belonged to church members and that the clothes were clean. DIL said no, there was no way her child would wear hand offs and that she and my son were doing well. I was very hurt by this. I often put my son in hand me down clothes and he turned out fine. I am so hurt and confused Should I tell my son about this?
My mom keeps buying me baby clothes?
i know this sounds bratty, but ugh i get so upset at her. I'm always and i mean ALWAYS telling her the types of clothe i don't like, and she goes out and gets me it again She goes " oh, but everyone is wearing this " When in reality NOBODY is. She sees the freaking rack and thinks because its in there it must be in style. She gets me ugly shirts and sweaters. Im not lying. She even got me a blue sweater with colorful butterflies and thinks it's adorable. I'm a freaking teenager. I talk to her about it, and she just does it again and i get so mad, but i don't really say much, i do feel bad for her. She gets me glittery pink shirts that say stuff like " cutie" or " pop princess" or she just gets me these over sized t shirts with dog designs and its hideous we argued about it and I asked her do you think im lying to you when i say i don't like it because your my mom? and she never answers it. she's so annoying and doesn't know what i like, and she thinks all the kids are wearing it these days when there not She thinks I'm a little kid who secretly LOVES it. she's effin deaf. I tell her to get me the type of stuff she would get my older sister and she literally just ignores it and says something else like " ok," " alright" . And she literally just fucking ignores it and takes me for a little kid. what do i do because i know i sound bratty but arrrrghhhhh she ignores me and does it again she needs to get it through her head

Cheap baby clothes online?
I have a 2 year old son and i'm sick of buying clothes from places around here because they are generally all the same. What are some good online websites where i can get him some nice summer clothes with amazing deals?
I need some "thank you" gift ideas. Some out of town friends sent us their extra baby clothes for our son.
My husband and I are expecting our first child a son My husband was recently in Texas on a business trip and was able to visit with our friends from here in Ohio that live there now. They have two sons of their own, and a bunch of baby clothes they will no longer need. They sent my husband home with a huge bag full of outfits that will take our son through his first year They are so sweet and generous that I want to do something nice to thank them. I'm looking for ideas
How can I ask my mother-in-law to stop buying our baby clothes and toys every time she sees her
My mother in law is very sensitive and will make a mountain out of a mole hill. She takes things personally, so, I'm not sure how to handle this. Anyway, there's more but I won't get into it. My husband and I are 38 and this is our first child. She is 6 months old. I was an only child and know what it's like to grow up spoiled. I wish I could go back and change things. It took me a long time to stand on my own two feet. I grew up very dependent on my parents. I vowed that I would not raise a spoiled child. I would teach her independence and also that love has nothing to do with receiving monetary gifts. My mother in law always brings toys and clothes. We don't need these things. I like to buy them myself anyway because we have very different taste. The clothes have sayings like " Princess in traing" and " I am perfect" . Let's be real. As for toys, she has many and we are also running out of room. I know she is only six months old but they learn quickly and my mother in law is determined to " spoil" her as long as she is around...grrrrrrr......what do I do. I definately don't want her to grow up the way I did. What should I say? I know that her birthdays and other holidays will be unbearable regarding this. My husband has counted himself out in helping me with this one. He has always been a big mama's boy and does not want to " hurt" his mother's feelingsThank you Robert F. That ws a nice statement...maybe I am over reacting and have my standards too tight.
Mom & Dad had a list of stuff that said where they were going shopping and one said kohls baby clothes?
but my mom told me she couldn't have a baby and that if she had one they would graduate when she was like 50. my mom is 41 and i saw a list. it said Kohl's baby clothes. and we don't have anyone in our family gonna have a baby. And we don't give gifts to aunts and uncles except on dads side. Which they are like 60 and 50. And they would tell us if there was someone in the family going to have a baby. i didn't believe my eyes. So i dug through the garbage to see if i saw something. nope. HELP What do you think is up?
